This empowering  guide discusses how women need to tap into their inner strength especially when dealing with  men. We all know sometimes as  women we can become timid towards men because we don’t want them to leave but Tionna is here to shake us out of that zone and reminds us to take the power back in our own hands.

Your newly released book Men Love Abuse: The Guide to Losing the Image of Being the Nice Girl & Getting the Man You Want! is a powerful book telling women they need to tap back into their own strength, what inspired you to write this type of book?

Over the past two years, I have met so many women who tell me their stories about love and lost and I realized that they were entirely too nice. I thought it was time for someone to speak about this issue so I decided to write a book.

Why do you feel as women tend to play the “nice girl” role instead of putting their foot down in order to try to snag the man they want?

They don’t want to scare a dude or since the penis is so scarce these days, they just don’t want to do anything to ruin it with the guy. We women were raised to be soft and gentle but I say no more. That ish is played. It is time to put your foot down and let these dudes know what it is.

What is one piece of major advice would you give to women that are trying to find their man of their dreams?

Don’t go looking! He will find you when you are least expecting it. Some of the greatest couples in the world met by happenstance. Like me and my fiance’ met when we were both trying to buy a car from a dealer. It was crazy and I wasn’t expecting to meet anyone or date anyone. I was celibate and ready to be alone. lol.

Many of your fans recognize you being Chili’s dating coach on “What Chili Wants,” you have recently began filming a new dating show can you give you a sneak peak of what we can expect from your new show?

We actually just been meeting. We haven’t started filming but the main thing you will see is me being me. I was good on Chilli show but that was Chilli show. Now it is all about T to the I to the O to the double N, A. I am ready for the challenge. Banging outfits, Tionnaology (my ideology), my lingual, and most of all me being entertaining and of course it is all about loveeeeeeeeeeee which is my favorite topic.

You are also the owner of the hip and flavorful boutique Lovey’s located in Brooklyn, What Spring trends can we expect to see appearing in the store?

I love how you said hip and flavorful because that is what it is. We are adding a lot more body products, definitely some studded bras, some banging sunglasses. We are gong to go hard. Loveys will be here twenty years from now and keeping up with the trends.

What makes you a Styleaholic?

I am cute, I am sassy, I know how to dress to impress, and most of all I am a trendsetter. I don’t try to be anyone other than myself and I love to be creative and innovative.
