The Chicago based designer/artist, Alicia Piller, is the creative brains behind Designs by Alicia P. Currently living in New York City, her business consists of hand-painted clothing, suede & beaded jewelry, and paintings. Her inspiration behind the business comes from her worldwide travel, family and embracing different cultures. Alicia attended Rutgers University and received B.A. in both Fine Arts and Anthropology.

Alicia’s suede and beaded jewelry can be described as beautiful works of art. She creates her art by intertwining both semiprecious beads and crystals into beautiful suede creations.The detailing of each handcrafted piece of jewelry is simply remarkable. Her patterns are so intricate that your mind goes into overtime trying to figure how she created each piece.

Her craft doesn’t just stop with jewelry but she also hand paints clothing. By using washables fabric paint she creates many designs by arranging letters, lines and shapes to create her ultimate masterpiece! Clients can even request and personalize the designs with their names and other desired shapes.
